Change password

Your coop password lets you authenticate to:

• the coop computer, so you can have your own desktop and settings
• the coop wiki, so your changes are correctly attributed
• the coop photo gallery
• the coop webmail, so your email is private

All coop applications use your same username and corresponding password.

There are currently two ways to change your coop password:

Coop computer

• Login to the coop computer with your username and password
• Go to the System menu > Preferences > About Me
• Click Change Password... in the top right corner
• Enter your old password and click Authenticate
• Enter your new password twice and click Change password

Webmail

• Login to the coop webmail with your username and password
• Click Options at the top of the screen
• Click Change Password
• Enter your old password and your new password, twice for confirmation
• Click Change Password
