To enable Asterisk to post to shared IMAP mailboxes we use the following ACL:
> sam shared.house administrator append
According to "man cyradm" "append" is equivalent to "lrsip". "post" is equivalent to "lrsp", and was insufficient, presumably because Asterisk delivers messages with c-client mail_append(). To support deleting messages we will need additional access.
