Lemon poppy seed cake

Variation on wikipedia:Wacky cake taught to Jack by Bonnie

• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• Poppy seeds
• 4 lemons
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Oil and flour bunt pan
3. Zest and juice lemons
4. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, poppy seeds, and zest. Mix well because one time I didn't and the cake didn't rise and there were chunks of baking soda in it
5. Into a well, add water, oil, and juice. Add juice last.
6. Stir until just mixed, pour into bunt pan, and bake until golden (maybe 40 mins)
